VSDB Cardinal Athletics

Sports also play an important part in our program and includes boys and girls basketball, volleyball, soccer, and softball for students of all ages. Deaf Department students attend the Mason-Dixon Basketball Tournament, scheduled in a different state along the east coast each year, and the Blind Department students travel to Space Camp in Alabama to experience the training and activities of a "real life" astronaut. Students also participate in a wide variety of intramural sports as seen below.
